Apologies for the inconvenience; due to sensitive information, I've deleted the image that shows your dashboard. Could you try to change your password here and then try to see if you can log into the Silver server? I know the solution is a bit weird, but it is known to work for some players. Also, please ensure your password is alphanumerical.
