Have you already merged your Red and Blue account? Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. If you want to access your previous game data, you'll need to play on the Silver server. You merge your accounts on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ.

 

If you've already merged and appear to have lost progress (but kept your Pokemon), you may have selected the wrong server in the merging process. In the meantime, do not do any trades on the Silver server and let me know that this is the case for you.
