i have catch a kangaskhan in safari.but i cant find it in my pc.

my pokedex also have write down i catch but where my pokemon!

I find my pc many times but really missing

Got but

After 2-3min crash

Then its a server rollback, which i'm afraid, we cannot return you your Pokemon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We do no rollback the server, when it crashes, it happens and nothing can be done as we can't expect crashes.
