Hi, I logged on my account after doing mergre and chosing red server. I miss some pokemons as mew or some lvl 100 ones. Half of the ones I have now on boxes are horseas and I'm not sure what to do. Havent moved or touched anything yet. What do I have to do or talk with?

This has happened to a few players when a number of released Pokemon were restored to protect your data, bringing you over the 1000 Pokemon cap. Please try to release a few unwanted Pokemon. Afterward, log off and back in, and Pokemon that were previously hidden should now appear for you. If this is not the case, let me know.

I Tried to catch some wild pokemon with 6 empty boxes and it says I cannot store any more pokemon and I have to release some at pokecenter. Tried to log out and in again, released some and tried again but i cant catch anything now.

we can have maximum 900 pokemons

that 1000 Pokemon cap was only for the merge

Hi there,

 

You cannot catch any Pokemon after you have a Total of 900 Pokemon in your box; the last 100 slots are reserved for trades/boss rewards purposes. You can check your total count by looking at your trainer card.
