Hi there,

 

Shiftry can learn Rock Slide, but he needs to be taught Rock Slide using a TM; he cannot learn Rock Slide from a move tutor. I've tested using TM48 - Rock Slide on my own Shiftry and can confirm that he can learn Rock Slide :CharYay:

To obtain the Rock Slide TM, you can buy it from Goldenrod Mart for $3,000 PokeDollars. The TM number is 48. If you have any further questions, let me know!
