Can someone plz help! iv done everything required to enter team aqua's hideout yet the npc outside still will not let me in. Iv done Mt Pyre iv done magma hideout. the next thing for me to do is aqua hideout. someone plz help!!

Npc at cave entrance wont let me in yet iv finished magma hideout at jagged pass. Iv completed everything leading up to lilycove cave. Can someone plz help fix the issue that i have!?
