in game delay

good evening. i would like to raise concern about delay in game, this occurs whenever i interact with npc, open storage, move to other location and meet pokemon (everything i do). usually takes a min to max 16mins, i exerienced this in bug catching where my first encounter was at the start of the contest then after it finally loads, it propted me that 5 mins were remaining, and i have been keeping track of the time. chat just freezes but i can still move around and then if i interact with npc i cant do anything in game. i would like to point out that this has not occurred yesterday or the days before, since i am using the same device and connection. this happened around 10 hours ago, and i thought it was just connection problem but it wasnt. i have tried restarting device and re-downloading client but the delay still remains. then when i came back to play again the same thing happens. sorry for the long post and hoping for a resolution.
