I'm wasting time inside fiery path to get tm 06 / toxic. but it is not there for me. I want to advance in hoenn by beating deoxys with toxic onix but i'm now wasting my time.

and no I cannot buy it in fuchsia city or whereever because im inside hoenn.

you can catch a whole team of Ariados in sky pillar and use sucker punch to beat it

 

by the way, the multiple number of report that claiming that toxic tm is missing, makes me feel that there maybe something wrong on the script
