I played awhile ago and had a mount on the pokemon red server. When you changed servers im missing it now. it was an umbreon mount

Sorry you're missing your items.

The server have merged recently so merging your account would have moved all your items to the same server.

You can always buy a new mount if you are not able to get your mount back.

In regards to the missing clothing items. The clothes you wear on the server in which you didn't choose as your main server will be deleted. So if you had clothes on both red/blue servers and didn't remove them before the merge then those clothes will be lost. As for the missing mount a staff member will be able to assist you further with that concern.

How am I able to get into contact with an admin so I can go about retrieving the lost mount?
