can't CS cut in Johto

Hi,

 

Since the merge I don't have the HM Cut in my backpack but in Kanto I could use the spell on my poke without go to the SS.Anne

 

So, when i finish Kanto, I go to Johto, and i'm stuck at the lake of rage because I don't have the HM Cut so my character can't pass and I'm stuck in Johto. ( I finish Kanto without go to the SS Anne )

 

Anyone have an idea for learning Cut in Johto or ... ?
