Unfortunately, it is not pragmatic for PRO Staff to retrieve your old data, therefore, the best PRO Staff can do to fix your issue is to give you a full account reset on Silver (you will keep your Gold server progress)! You will also be given a complimentary 40 coins to buy clothes. If this is something you are interested in, let me know. Kind Regards, Astraea.
