Could you let me know which Pokemon are missing from your account? Pokemon IDs are preferred, but any information, like the Pokemon's name, nature, ability, IVs would help.

Hi there,

 

It appears that your Silver account was caught up in a Red server cleanup, as the Red account wasn't used in a few years and was below a certain hourly threshold. Unfortunately, it is not pragmatic for PRO Staff to retrieve your old data, therefore, the best PRO Staff can do to fix your issue is to give you a full account reset on Silver (you will keep your Gold server progress)! You will also be given a complimentary 40 coins to buy clothes.
