Got stuck with the server merge

I used To play on red server, and just had get to johto, my pokemon got locked as intended, but the problem is, nos with the merge they got back To my hotbar! And they are still locked, I Just had 2 pokemon there, and now I have 4 slots with useless pokemon! Cant move them betwen slots, and cant move them to PC, can someone help me? P.s. my girlfriend is having the same issue.

Can you tell me which Pokemon in your party needs to be moved to your PC? And as for your girlfriend, can you have her post here and tell me the Pokemon she needs to be moved to her PC as well?

Zubat lvl 12

Beedrill lvl 10

Magnemite lvl 25
