As of the recent Generation 7 update, Hyper Potions healing was reduced from 200HP to 120HP; the tooltip for this in the client is not yet updated unfortunately, but it has been forwarded to our developers. Please keep an eye on the Downloads & Update Logs when the fix is out!

 

As for your missing money, the only explanation is that you have bought items from an NPC, and/or you fainted whilst in battle, taking 5% of your total money as a punishment.
