You can enter Dragon's Den once you reach the 8th city in the Johto Region, the entrance to the cave itself is found behind the Blackthorn City Gym.

The Dragon Shrine is located in the eastern part of the cave and is blocked by an officer NPC. You can enter it once you have 150 Evolutions and a Level 100 Dragon Type Pokemon.

To reach Iron Island, you must first reach Canalave City, the city for your 5th Sinnoh Badge, and talk to the Sailor there to travel to the Island. Enter the caves in Iron Island and you'll end up in Iron Island B2F R

To be able to trade with others and type in the trade chat, you must gather 4 Kanto Badges. After that, you'll be able to access the chat and sell or buy Pokemon.

You can enter Love Island by gathering 120 different Kanto Pokemon and have 38 Evolutions. After paying the 5k Pokedollar Fee to the Love Sailor, you'll be able to enter the Island.

I'm not sure why you would have to deflect a Shiny Stone...

• One-off purchasable in Kanto Safari Zone for 20,000 Pokedollars
  
• Potential reward for defeating The Pumpkin King boss
  
• Purchasable from PvP Coin Shop in exchange for 5 PvP Coins

How to get to level 100 with Pokemon It's full of time work and so I've only got 5 tags
