An option to disable shiny pokemon animation

Reason when you train a shiny it really bothers my eyes. and I know I'm not the only one.

 

You don't have to disable the color of the shiny, only the sparkles that it makes when it switches in. That way you still recognize the pokemon that it's a shiny.
