And we can't get free bike, U must paid for ticket bike in Vermilion (house beside the Pokemon Center) for $75.000 from boy with Ditto. After that, u can reedem that ticket in Cerulean. Free bike (mount) yes, but you need to obtain Chansey, Dratini, and Kangaskhan by catching them only, and they need to be caught in Kanto.
