I think the guide said "only lvl 100 on your team"

no it doesnt, i battled the pumkins boss with this same team too. So i dont think it need 6 lv 100

you cannot battle the boss with pokemon below lvl 100 in your team. remove them from your team so you have only these 4 level 100 pokemon and you can fight the new boss.

That is weird because i battled the Pumkin King Boss with 6 pokemon in my team a few week ago, but im only have 2 lv100 pokemon then

Pumpkin king only need 1 pokemon lvl 100 in ur team, and its alright to have pokemon below 100 when u fight him. But this new boss doesnt accept any pokemon below 100 if there is some in ur team (for example ur raichu and golem)
