I can't interact with the nurse at the vermilion pokecenter. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game and it stills doesn't work. I even tried on a different computer and I have the same problem. Could you help me please

Even a clearmaps doesn't help. Anyone having the same problem??? I would like to SPD EV train!!!
