this bug appears when 2 moves have the same word, "Spikes" in this case

the move Spikes would appear after your Forretress learned Toxic Spikes

Do you have screenshots of this, where it specifically doesn't work in Kanto Move Relearners, but it doesn't in Johto Move Relearners?
