Hello I am anxious to indicate that I indicated my problem for more than 1 month and that I bought a subscription Just VIP to go on the island where today my problem is not solved yet and I have no more VIP subscriptions ... I hope that I am going to receive in compensation another VIP subscription! Thank you

hello my problem is solved after more than a month of waiting, I do not thank you. Being a regular customer and having bought a month of vip during which I did not take advantage of vip islands because of the bug would it be possible to receive a compensation?
