Hello , I have create a new account trying the new pokemon revolution and downloaded the application on my pc , and created an account and verified it through my e-mail , so when i try to log in on silver or gold servers , it says "Cannot connect to the server", although server statues for both are online.

Have you tried everything in > READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A SUPPORT TOPIC < ?

If not, please try following the steps in that thread, more specifically the ones in the Hit by a Can not connect to server section.

Also, make sure that your Firewall/Windows Defender/Antivirus are not preventing you from playing, and add exceptions if necessary.
