Game Freezes when I try to log in to Gold Server

When I log into Gold server, my game freezes for a minute, and then responds with a "cannot connect to server" message. Ive tried to log into gold with both my phone and my computer, and it does the same thing to both.

    This same problem, i play when game crash, now i cant connect to gold server

    same i can not log in to the gold server.. it freeze when i try to log and it just stay in connectng to server
