i know this game has no ev or iv training nor breeding so im guessing everyone is on the same lvl? not realy competitive at that is there even a leaderbord? and any activities? what can i do once i beat the story mode?

this game HAS EV training.it doesnt have breeding...

Pokemon do have IV and you can EV train them and there is leaderboard for Ranked and Non-Ranked matches, but we do not have breeding.

 

Currently we are having Christmas event.

To compensate for the lack of breeding the game has improved on how synchronize works. The wild pokemon you encounter have a 50% chance of having the same nature as that of your synchronize pokemon who is the first in your party.

 

As for competitiveness, we do have iv's (obviously) as well as EV training. Not all abilities and moves work though, and neither do we have a lot of necessary tms, but still I feel that we have enough for a satisfactorily competitive environment. It's still not easy to to acquire truly competitive pokemon as well considering hidden abilities, natures, iv's,etc. believe me, the story line is simply an obstacle slowing down your time to jump into the competitive scene :3
