can't battle thor after cooldown

lose 1 time now back after cooldown(says ready)but thor refuses after i accept the battle. Says he won't battle with cheap setup. All lv 100 change teams 3 or 4 times...no luck

Some requirements changed for the Thor boss. This is not a bug, so I'm closing.
