Hi, I want to reset my account. If you can refund my 80 coins which 50 of them I used for Charizard mount It will be good.

Unfortunately we can not reset your account.

As for your coins; In the future, please make sure that when you are purchasing Coin Shop items, you are certain that you want the item you are buying. In case you are curious about how certain mounts or clothes look, you can preview all clothing and mount items in the Clothing and Mount Showcase. If you wish your coins back, please make a post in Donation and Coins Issues. Keep in mind that if you want your coins back, your Charizard mount will be removed.

As for your username, name changes are unavailable for now. It was only available for a limited time as a special event, and there was also a price. Keep an eye out on Announcements for possible future name change events.

In case you wish to start over with a new name, you are free to register a new account! Make sure that you do not try to register 2 accounts on one e-mail. It goes without saying that ofcourse, you will need to use a different username aswell.
