2 of the keys for the abandoned ship arent showing up for me. anyone else have this issue ? I am following the PRO wiki guide and have been clicking everywhere looking for them. According to the images, I am in the right spots but keys 1 and 2 just won't "pickup" for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. From the looks of it, the images from the PROWiki Guide is not accurate at all. I would suggest for you to follow this guide: Hidden Keys in Abandoned Ship, as it is more accurate on where your position should be to take the key. Quoting for visibility:

I've checked them myself and the keys should be there. Can you please follow the guide and see if you can manage to find them? Looking forward to your reply.

I've since moved on to Sinnoh by way of purchasing a deep sea fang from in game trader. I will definitely check back there once I am champ and can travel back to the other regions. Thank you so much for your reply and the help solving my issue.
