How do I restart gold [LOCKED]

So long story short, i was tricked by the customization, i thought being that my character was still intact in the character customization option that meant I could still reuse the spirte but nope, instead I now have a Bald man walking around.

 

How do i reatart gold, if it's even possible?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, for now, the application to reset the accounts have been closed. But, if you only intend to change your appearance, you can use the item Magic Mirror. You can either purchase it from another player in the Trade chat or buy it from the Coins Shop, as shown below:
