Description and Message

Well I was looking at end game stuff and more specific at the Bosses and I found out i should be able to travel to a place i never thought existed. After beating Red according to forum and game chat i should be able to travel to trainers valley from the train station but that option never showed to me any suggestions or what might caused the problem?
