Bug 1: I went to Vulcan Island to trade a pokemon with someone. It wouldn't let me trade the pokemon with them saying they don't have access to the region my pokemon was caught in (It was caught in Johto). The guy said he had access to Johto. We both went back to Olivine city and the trade worked there, but it didn't work on Vulcan Island.

 

Bug 2: According to staff, you need to be a champion of the region you're in before going to Vulcan Island. That doesn't work.

 

Bug 3: It's been confirmed that you can go to Vulcan Island and get pokemon from your previous region and then take them back to your region to easily beat gyms.
