Hi there,

It looks like you have only finished Kanto region. To be able to go to Sinnoh, you will have to finish Johto and Hoenn region by beating their respective

Elite Four, in that order and only then you will be able to go to Sinnoh. To go to Johto, you can check out the last part of the Kanto Walkthrough made by @JollyolNathan. Quoted for visibility:

Now that you're the Kanto Champion you can access Johto. Go back to Oak's lab and talk to him, he will tell you of Johto and how to get there.

Now go back to the Indigo Plateau Reception where you fought Red. Walk South and talk to the guards in front of the exit. They will allow you to pass. You can now travel through Route 26 to go to Johto. Continue walking South and you will eventually reach Route 27, from there you should walk West until your reach Tohjo Falls.

If you surf North a little you will find an abandoned Crobat.

Exit Tohjo Falls and carry on walking West. Start surfing and you will finally reach Johto.

BEWARE: Once you enter Johto there is no turning back until you beat the 8th gym. All your Kanto Pokémon will be locked in you PC and you won't be able to use them unlit you beat the 8th gym. If you wanted to do anything in Kanto before you go to Johto you should do it now!

If you are ready for Johto then click "Yes" and walk forwards.

This concludes my Kanto Walkthrough.

That should help you to proceed to Johto. If you need help with that or any of the regions, feel free to ask here or you can try to take a look at the Game Guide subforum.

Best regards,

Astreus.

I'm sorry to hear about that. Hannah is really tough as she is considered as one of the Bosses which is the end game content. You can try to find guides on how to beat Hannah easily here. There is a video guide like this one or written guide like this.

[spoiler=Video Guide]

It's preferable for you to have at least 5 level 100 Pokémon before you challenge Hannah. Her team consist of Houndoom, Machamp, Talonflame, Mega Metagross, Volcarona, and Mega Sharpedo in that order.

One of the most suggested way is to use a Seaking with a Modest nature the ability Lightning Rod. What you need to do is to defeat Houndoom, then send Seaking out against Machamp as it will only use Thunder Punch against it. Let the Machamp hit your Seaking 6 times as that will increase your Seaking's special attack stats. While Machamp keeps spamming Thunder Punch you can use the move Agility, which will boost your speed as you will not faint the Machamp with Surf before your special attack stats is maxed out. Equipping Mystic Water also helps. In case Metagross survived, Chansey or Blissey can deal it as it will use Bullet Punch on them. They also help against Volcarona.

Another alternative is to use a Snorlax with the ability Thick Fat. Teach it Amnesia, Curse, Earthquake and Body Slam. Make sure to stock up a few Energy Roots, and it should be enough for you to easily setup(3x Amnesia & 6x Curse) on Houndoom. You should be able to sweep her entier team once you managed to set up.

I hope this helps you to defeat Hannah. Best of luck and have fun!

Best regards,

Astreus.
