Hello, i'm having a trouble when i try logging in gold server.

The screen freezes and i recieve the message "Can not connect to server".

I have been trying for a few hours, i downloaded the game again after the vulcanic island, i have read some similar problems in the forum, i have rebooted the router and nothing.

Somebody can tell me what is wrong?

Please try following the steps listed in READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A GENERAL SUPPORT TOPIC, specifically the "Hit by a Cannot connect to server" section:
