I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place to put it in

 

So i was going through the PRO wiki and i found a mon that would be perfect on my journey in kanto only problem that i needed Headbutt since the mon was in a tree, So i caught a rattata a made my way to the Headbutt tutor and gave Rattata Headbutt, at the time of this and update was going to be implemented so i log out, I logged back in and made my way to the tree that i wanted to headbutt (just to make sure during that time i didn't know i had to increase my Pokemon happiness in order to headbutt a tree), so i went to headbutt the tree and i notice that my Rattata didn't have Headbutt, i thought that it didn't get implemented into the game before the update until i realized that my money that i bought Headbutt was gone.

 

Any idea of what could of happened?
