Hello, i'm sinnoh champion and i would like to beat the mini bosses like kyogre, groudon, ho-oh ... But the problem is that since 1 week i don't see these mini bosses (kyogre,groudon and ho-oh) in their spot but i have found lugia and mewtwo. So i think its a bug or something because i have the requierements

I'm too, I don't see mewtwo ho oh kyoge and groudon, because I beat these bosses after staff create mini-bosses. Lugia and rayquaza is cool down because I beat them before time staff create mini-bosses. Please help. Thanks for read!
