drag it from your pc into your team on the top left. If there is a pokemon in your party it will just swap them.

Also are you starting a different region

Braixen is in the pc but i can't move him in my party now...

The Braixen is region-locked to Kanto I'm assuming it is because you caught it as Fennekin in Vulcan Path which is now part of Kanto region. As you haven't beaten the 8th Hoenn's Gym, it will remain locked in your PC just like your other Kanto Pokemon. Earlier today, a change was made to Vulcan Island where you now need to be the champion of the region you are currently in, and only then you can travel to the island. I hope that clears it up for you.
