Astreus Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 -Snip- The Braixen is region-locked to Kanto I'm assuming it is because you caught it as Fennekin in Vulcan Path which is now part of Kanto region. As you haven't beaten the 8th Hoenn's Gym, it will remain locked in your PC just like your other Kanto Pokemon. Earlier today, a change was made to Vulcan Island where you now need to be the champion of the region you are currently in, and only then you can travel to the island.
