I just tried to battle Prof. Elm, did not disconnect, and the battle didn't start, he talk to me but I didn't read (I thought we'll have a battle as always) . I tried to talk to him and he said that I need to wait 11 days to battle again (I've tried to relog).

 

Just wanted to let support know, it will be first match so doesn't matter.
