Hello Taytay92! I'm sorry to hear your inconvenience, Your Pokemon needs to have at least 151+ Happiness to use Dive, That's why your Pokemon doesn't follow orders. You can check the happiness of your Pokemon with /Happy 1-6 depending on the position of your Pokemon. Have a nice day!
