What have you done before the problem was there?

Attempted to create a character, was trying to pick hair choices, scrolled around, went back to 0.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Completely closed out of the program, restarted.

 

Description and Message

Upon returning to 0, all the buttons stop working.

Happens with hair style, skin tone, clothing and eyes.

 

I downloaded the 64-bit windows version as of today. This happens to me 100% of the time with those four options.
