This is an issue that happens due to the merge between Red and Blue servers into Silver server. I have moved your Kanto Pokémon in the last slots of your PC storage, you will be able to pick them up again once you get the 8th Hoenn badge. In the future, please use the General Support area for such request, as the Discipline Appeals area is for appealing for a ban.
