Good evening,

 

as far as I know using Endeavor with Shell Bell equipped should heal an amount of HP.

This is not the case here. Correct me if I am wrong, but that was supposed to be in the originals.

I think in original game, the Shell Bell heal you with endeavor too.

I don't know how it works on PRO, may be bugged as you say. But in all case, Shell Bell is banned on PVP : Shell Bell (Heals double the amount it should).

Yes it is not working here and I am aware that it is banned. Just for PvE usage and private battles.
