I just talked to Magma Tabitha first then suddenly he and Aqua Matt disappeared leaving Jackson and the 2 Kyogres there. When I clicked Jackson it says 'NPC Message' , so what should I do now?

I fixed and teleported your character, you should be able to continue the story properly now
