i mean at the top left corner of my screen there are my pokemons and i can't select them or move them by clicking on them.

I wanted to know why the tangela 's ability "regenerator" doesnt work

"Regenerator restores ⅓ of the Pokémon's maximum HP upon switching out." but when i switch mine he doesnt regen.
