POkemondb says to level with remoraid in party, I did, it didnt evolve. how to evolve then?

I Think Evolve is not implemented.(Like Sligoo with goodra) or Happiny with Oval Stone(I read that no work)

 

You can Catch Mantine in Route 40,41, Tanoby Ruins and Trainer Tower.(All 24h)

ok, thanks for the info, I dont have mantine in dex so I thought to evolve his lower, will try to catch, thanks again.
