Unless there has been an update to Spectify's boss requirement (Sandgem Town House), he is locked out from fighting me (every guide and reborn bot on discord says just need to be sinnoh champion) which requires a certain amount of playtime. I have beaten the Elite 4 and Cynthia in Sinnoh, but cannot engage in a battle.
