Description and Message

So as the title says, I cannot update maps. Tried to reinstall, disabled antivirus+firewall.

 

I've been told that maybe my ISP blocking something, I've contacted them but they couldn't help me, they couldnt understand what's the problem.

Problem started when Xmas event part 1 released.

What's you PRO version?(Example: Window x86 Client)

x64. what do you mean record? its simple, when i start the game loading maps says "failed" then game starts but without updating my maps.

Ask your ISP to change your IP or try using internet from different ISP, as we already said, this is not a fault from our side.

Well, something changed after xmas event was released, will try to ask them of ip change.
