Hello, after completing Kanto, am I gonna lose all my pokemon in Kanto and start like a beginner jonto?

 

Or am I gonna have my old poke for johto as well?

Your kanto pokemons will be locked in the pc and will unlocked when you did the 8th gym in johto. And yes you start as a beginner again

But too remember you no need 4 Johto Badge for trade. You can trade without Johto badge and only can trade Johto Pokemon.
