Then there would be no point? The only use for a bonus like that is to make competitive ladder less random, if you have -200, that's not competitive at all, and nobody would use it?

Hello I was doing the hoenn teleport quest . As usual if we battle a team magma or aqua grunt , they moved away and opened a passage . When I was battling these grunts , I got disconnected. Now there are 2 each of them . One pair moved and the other pair blocking the way . When I interact with them they don't say anything. Plz help with the issue.

+1 if the moment you activate such buff, you're automatically -200 points, in exchange for an 'easier' start.
