You don't need 150 hours playtime in sinnoh for heatren quest. You are getting that error maybe because you lack one of requirements: Sinnoh Championship Have all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh (Generation 4) Have only one level 60 or less Pokémon in your party

Hello pro staff I am trying to catch heatran and for heatran quest we need to complete 150 hours in sinnoh region, I have already completed this region a while ago and spend many time after that but when I check my time to professor rowan he's saying that I had play 0 hours in sinnoh, is that a bug or what , Also the the noc buck outside heatran cave is saying that you are not strong enough to go in the cave..
