i suggested for a quest list more than a year ago, because i used to play pokemon ot and there was a list like this:
Also, i suggested to add Hide seen poke and hide evolved poke in pokedex
So we could see what pokes we don't have it and what pokes we didn't evolve more easily.
it would be interesting to add these things in game.

You need to go back to Pallet town and talk to Jackson's mother at his house. After that, you can go back to Viridian City School and continue the story. Please reply here if you still can't continue the story after following the instructions.

you can teach it at a PRO Move Tutor ‒formerly known as Pre Evo Move Tutor‒ located in Daycares, not only Kanto though, Each move will cost 10 000$!
In most Daycares, you will have to walk through the door behind the Eggmove Tutor and Doctor Quest NPC to get to the PRO Move Tutor
In order to unlock access to the Daycares, you must defeat Naero in Cerulean Cave :)
The Daycares are located as follow:
- Route 5 (Kanto)
- Route 34 (Johto)
- Route 117 (Hoenn)
- Solaceon Town (Sinnoh)

500 points to obtain that wing isn't difficult, it only takes times, and probably will be add new forms of obtain those points
there is no need to be so anxious about it, just play.

The bug is still here, i already got all possible alolan catchable in game at the moment
I am currently 704 owned, 734 seen and 363 evolved, but i should have 736 seen.
Like i said before i have seen 718 pokemons until 6th gen, and now i have these 18 alolan pokemons
(diglett, dugtrio, raichu, exeggutor, rattata, raticate, meowth, persian, marowak,
geodude, graveler, golem, grimer, muk, vulpix, ninetales, sandshrew and sandslash)
So 718+18=736.
